When you request an estimate or contact Prime Lawns, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested services, project notes, photographs, and other details you choose to share.
The website may also receive limited technical information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, visit timing, referral source, campaign parameters, interactions with the website, and common ad click identifiers. Campaign information is stored in your browser session and may be added to your request so Prime Lawns can understand how you found the business.

Prime Lawns may also use hosting, email, technology, and professional service providers that process information only as needed to support the business. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
4. Google Analytics and measurement cookies
Prime Lawns uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website, which pages are viewed, and how visitors interact with links and estimate-request options. This information is used to measure website performance and improve the website and marketing.
Google Analytics may set or read first-party measurement cookies, including _ga, and use similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and visits. Prime Lawns does not intentionally send the name, email address, phone number, property address, photographs, or project notes entered in the Jobber request form to Google Analytics.

Prime Lawns does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.
